For years, my go-to snack has been nuts, particularly almonds. I would buy them in bulk, and when I tired of almonds, I’d occasionally switch to walnuts or pecans. While nuts are an excellent choice, I believe that seeds are often overlooked. They are not only incredibly nutritious but also quite affordable. Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are delicious on their own, especially when roasted with a touch of sea salt.
