Protecting furniture
If you have a pet at home that likes to climb on the furniture, your sofas and armchairs are at risk of deteriorating over time. A simple solution is to use vinegar because dogs and cats dislike its strong odor. Just sprinkle vinegar regularly on the furniture, and you’re done. However, be cautious and do not use it on certain granite, waxed, or marble surfaces.
Polishing dull glass with vinegar
To restore shine to dull glasses, you can use a solution of vinegar and water. Pour half a cup of white vinegar into a bowl containing a cup of hot water, then immerse the opaque glasses for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, rinse the glasses thoroughly with clear water and dry them with a clean cloth. This method will remove the dull layer and bring back the shine to your glasses.

Cleaning tiles with vinegar
White vinegar is an ideal cleaning solution for tiles. For quick and deep cleaning, pour a cup of vinegar onto a well-wrung-out clean cloth, then clean the tiles. This method helps sanitize surfaces without leaving any residue, and it leaves a pleasant smell.
Cleaning the oven with vinegar
Keeping an oven clean is not an easy task, especially with burnt food residues. To remove these stubborn dirt, you can rely on the effectiveness of white vinegar. To do this, prepare a heat-resistant container filled with equal parts of hot water and white vinegar. Once prepared, place it in the oven at 100°C for 30 minutes. The steam released dissolves residues and dirt, making cleaning easier. After the oven has cooled, use an abrasive sponge to disinfect the interior, trays, walls, and glass. Your oven will shine like never before.
