Parasites are a real nightmare, not only for us but especially for our precious plants. The attack of these tiny insects can sometimes prove fatal for our vegetation, requiring immediate action.

Preparing an Effective Natural Pesticide

When facing pest problems such as aphids, scale insects, thrips, mites, whiteflies, or even worms, it’s tempting to resort to chemicals available in the market. However, there is a more environmentally friendly alternative, namely, preparing an effective natural pesticide.

Required Ingredients

– Neem oil
– Baking soda
– Liquid hand soap
– One liter of water

1. Fill a watering can with one liter of water.
2. Add two teaspoons of baking soda.
3. Incorporate one teaspoon of neem oil or vegetable oil into the water.
4. Also, add 10 drops of liquid hand soap and vigorously stir the mixture.
5. Spray the mixture directly onto the leaves of your plants, making sure to cover the entire surface.
