Shibby was born with microphthalmia, a condition resulting in underdeveloped and unusually small eyes. He underwent bilateral entropion surgery to correct the painful inward rolling of his eyelashes.
Following the procedure, Shibby visibly relaxed, showing his gratitude by rubbing his cheeks affectionately against his caregivers.
As he gradually recovered, Shibby underwent a transformation. His fur became soft and lustrous, and he exuded a genuinely sweet disposition. “He is exceptionally sweet, adores snuggles and playtime, and remains unperturbed by the presence of other cats, given his background in a multi-cat household.”
