Suzette Hall, the founder of Logan’s Legacy 29 and a seasoned animal rescuer, received a call from a teacher at the school, urging her to come and rescue the distressed canines. Without hesitation, Hall set out on her mission, only to face an unexpected setback when her van broke down en route. Undeterred by this obstacle, Hall refused to abandon the dogs in need and resolved to arrive at the school, even if it meant a slight delay.
