Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
These chocolate overnight oats with peanut butter are a high-protein and high-fiber breakfast. Prepare a batch in advance and keep them refrigerated for several days.
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup of milk or almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup of fresh berries
Instructions
- In a small jar or container, combine the oats, cocoa powder, and salt, then stir well.
