For the ingredients, you will need:
- 12 Lemon Oreos,
- Two blocks of cream cheese (Philadelphia, St. Moret…)
- 1.5 cups of thick sour cream
- 60 ml (¼ cup) of blueberry jam
- A pinch of salt
- ¾ cup of powdered sugar
- Two tablespoons of lemon juice
- One teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

Place a Lemon Oreo at the bottom of each cupcake liner. Then, in a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt.
Once the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, gradually add your sour cream until the mixture has a firm texture.
You can then distribute the final mixture into the cupcake liners and pour blueberry jam on top. Finally, refrigerate the whole thing for four hours.
