“Milton had swimmer’s syndrome in his back legs, which caused them to splay out, and this condition also led to a flat chest, with his ribs compressing his heart and lungs,” Jennifer explained to Love Meow.
“He also had bent front arms, and X-rays revealed that he was missing some bones in his wrists.” Due to his unique condition, Milton needed treatment to correct his legs, train his muscles for normal walking, and rectify his chest’s shape.
“After my veterinarian placed hobbles on his back legs and splinted his front limbs, it kept him from resting on his chest, and his chest naturally rounded out without needing a brace.”
