Approximately 3-4 months ago, a tiny kitten was discovered among a group of cats and kittens in need of rescue. The little tabby, named Pip, stood out as the smallest of them all, yet she displayed a remarkable will to survive. At eight weeks old, she should have weighed around two pounds, but she was less than half of that.

Sara Sharp, the founder of Community Cat Club, took Pip under her wing, giving her a chance to thrive. “She was born outside, and it became evident when she was about four weeks old that something wasn’t right,” Sara shared with Love Meow.

Pip wasn’t eating much and had a persistent upper respiratory infection, prompting her to seek additional care.
It didn’t take long for Sara to realize the dynamo of personality residing in Pip’s tiny body. Pip possessed a formidable voice that she wouldn’t hesitate to employ during mealtime, demanding her food be served promptly. Any slight delay was simply unfathomable, and Pip made sure her voice was heard.
“I had to switch her to a different type of wet food, and she didn’t take kindly to that. She’d like to file a formal complaint.”

After a month in foster care, Pip finally crossed the one-pound mark, a remarkable achievement considering her continued small size for her age.
Despite her diminutive stature, her personality proved to be larger than life, making her a force to be reckoned with in any situation.

Sara collaborated with her veterinarian to determine the cause of Pip’s slow growth.
At each vet visit, Pip displayed fearlessness, strutting about with her little legs and her head held high, as if trying to appear taller than she really was.

Naturally, she captured the hearts of everyone with her spirited personality.
