Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu with Stuffing

Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu with Stuffing recipe might be hard to say, but it’s incredibly easy to make, thanks to your slow cooker!

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 10.5 oz can of chicken cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoonful black pepper
  • 4 no spikes skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices charcuterie ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 oz. box of seasoned breadcrumbs or chicken stuffing
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Melted

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the two cans of soup, ½ cup of the milk, and the black pepper.
  • Pour some of the soup mixture into the bottom of the slow cooker. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Over the chicken, layer a layer of ham and then Swiss cheese to completely cover the chicken.
  • Pour the rest of the soup mix over the top, then sprinkle the entire packet of filling over the soup mix.
  • Melt the butter and drizzle over the filling, covering as much of the filling as possible to moisten it.
  • Place lid on slow cooker and cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low, until chicken is fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
