Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu with Stuffing
- In a medium bowl, combine the two cans of soup, ½ cup of the milk, and the black pepper.

- Pour some of the soup mixture into the bottom of the slow cooker. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.

- Over the chicken, layer a layer of ham and then Swiss cheese to completely cover the chicken.

- Pour the rest of the soup mix over the top, then sprinkle the entire packet of filling over the soup mix.

- Melt the butter and drizzle over the filling, covering as much of the filling as possible to moisten it.

- Place lid on slow cooker and cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low, until chicken is fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Don’t forget to pack the leftovers for lunch! We love these lunch boxes!
