2-  Line up and straighten.

By closing your eyes or staring at a point in front of you, take a deep breath, and gently lift your head upwards while keeping your body relaxed.

Hold your breath, feet apart, let your body relax and bend, leaving your head over your feet.

Next, exhale as deeply as possible, stretching your back and neck. Stretch your hips so that they sink into your seat, keep your head straight. Opening your mouth to the point where your teeth are very visible will make it easier to breathe out.

These steps should be repeated at least 5 to 10 times.
