3 Mindful breathing techniques

3-  Focus on the heart.

Close your eyes or look at a fixed point. Put your hands right in the middle of your chest. Connect with your heart, feel your heartbeat, feel the qualities of love, kindness, peace, and gratitude that you possess.

During the next 5 to 10 minutes, breathe effortlessly, consciously, naturally and smoothly.

Focus on keeping your breathing relaxed, and when you are comfortable and ready, slowly increase the number of cycles.
