Ozzy conveyed his sadness at potentially letting down his audience as his health deteriorated following spinal surgery in 2019, with the prognosis of permanent disability. The situation was further compounded by his subsequent diagnosis with Parkinson’s disease and a nasty fall that exacerbated his neck injury in an ATV accident in 2003.
