- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken, salt, and black pepper. Brown ground chicken until fully cooked.

- Drain the ground chicken and reserve. Using the same pan, add orange juice, brown sugar, orange marmalade, soy sauce, white vinegar, ginger root paste, and garlic paste. Beat over medium-low heat and let simmer for five minutes.

- Remove sauce from stove and add cornstarch, whisk until dissolved. Add saucepan back to a simmer and let cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.

- Remove pan from heat. Add the ground chicken to the sauce.

- Stir the ground chicken into the sauce until the ground chicken is completely covered.

- Serve with rice or lettuce wraps.
