  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken, salt, and black pepper. Brown ground chicken until fully cooked.pan-seared ground chicken

Orange Ground Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Chopped chicken
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Orange marmalade
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons White vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons ginger root paste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic paste)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • All optional Orange zest Green onions Sesame seeds Red pepper flakes
