Jane’s journey toward healthy eating and understanding her body’s needs began when she appeared on ITV’s Sugar Free Farm in 2016. The show provided participants with a sugar-free diet plan to improve their overall health. This experience marked the beginning of Jane’s weight loss journey, during which she successfully shed an impressive four stone.

Eliminating her beloved crisps from her diet alone resulted in Jane losing over a stone within the first two weeks. Reflecting on her time on Sugar Free Farm, Jane expressed her gratitude, stating, “I used to eat so much rubbish. I didn’t realize how much junk I consumed. I was always hungry, relying heavily on carbohydrates, and had a particular weakness for pies. I’ve learned that eating the wrong things doesn’t nourish your body, leading to increased cravings. I blamed my fatigue on age, but now I know better.”
Jane’s refrigerator is now stocked with wholesome foods, a testament to her commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Containers of lean meat, chopped vegetables like peppers and spinach, fill her fridge from top to bottom. Jane exclaims, “I have a newfound energy and zest for life.”
