Situated directly on the shores of Lake Zurich, Villa Algonquin encompassed an astounding 59,427 square feet of land. In addition to the main four-story building, a two-story boathouse and a sprawling garden added to the estate’s allure. Although ownership of the villa changed hands in 2020, with Ines Kaindi-Benes, head of a family-owned wood processing company, taking the reins, Turner and Bach were permitted to remain as tenants, ensuring that their cherished memories and legacy would endure within its walls.
