Proper sleep is achieved with a healthy lifestyle by going to bed at a regular time, in a quiet, cool room, and also with a good diet! While there is no miracle food to help you sleep well, some easy dietary rules to follow can help you get a better night’s sleep.

Avoid coffee, tea, and cola-based drinks in the afternoon, because the caffeine they contain is very stimulating for the nervous system, and it can act for several hours. Chocolate can even have an exciting effect if consumed in large quantities.
