The body gives us warning signs that a certain part of our body is no longer performing as it should. Have you been feeling weakened and have constant pain in your feet? Be aware that this is your body’s warning that something is wrong.
Sadly, most people don’t pay attention to their feet until they sense that there’s a problem. If you are one of those people who suffer from chronic foot pain, perhaps one of the following reasons may be at the root of your problem.
Bunion also is known as Hallux Valgus.
Improperly fitting footwear, such as high heels or pointed-toe shoes that compress the feet, can contribute to this phenomenon. This causes bunions to appear and worsens foot pain.
Hallux valgus is a deformity of the joint connecting the big toe to the foot.
Experts recommend wide shoes without heels to remedy this problem. It is also advisable to wear orthopedic insoles and night orthotics, depending on the severity of the deformity.
