  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup of grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup of chopped white onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped tomato
  • Sliced sausage (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1: In a bowl, combine the 6 eggs, 3 tablespoons of milk, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2: In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter.

Step 3: Add the grated carrots, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, chopped yellow bell pepper, chopped red bell pepper, chopped tomato, sliced sausage (to taste), and salt to the melted butter. Sauté for 3 minutes.
