Recently, he went viral on Twitter for a good deed that he and his neighbors performed. They fixed a pothole that had been causing problems for weeks but had remained unaddressed by the city of Los Angeles.
The act was seen as an excellent example of community members taking action to solve a problem. However, the response to Schwarzenegger’s good deed included blowback from a CBS headline that suggested the work he and others did wasn’t what it appeared to be.
